Neuralquotient Innovations Ltd is a London property maintenance, refurbishment and compliance company built around one idea: managing property should never mean chasing trades.
We started Neuralquotient because we watched landlords and agents juggle a plumber, an electrician, a decorator and a certificate provider for a single void — four schedules, four invoices, four chances for something to slip.
So we built the alternative: a single team of vetted, insured tradespeople and assessors covering everything a rented or owned property needs, coordinated from our base on Great Portland Street and reaching 50 miles across London and the South-East. One instruction in, one finished job out — documented with photographs, every time.
Every tradesperson is identity-checked, qualification-verified and insured before their first job. Gas work is Gas Safe registered; electrical work is Part P certified.
